Who We Are
Balch Petroleum Contractors and Builders, Inc. has over thirty years of experience as a general engineering contractor. Throughout the years, we have cultivated close relationships with major oil, public utility, public works and private companies, based on our ability to get jobs done efficiently, on time and within budget. Ninety per cent of our jobs come from satisfied repeat customers.
 Balch performs turnkey construction services ranging from conception to design, permitting, demolition, shoring, excavation, fuel system installation/removal, vapor extraction/groundwater treatment system installation, backfill, compaction, grading and site restoration.
Customer satisfaction and quality workmanship are our number one goal. Balch Petroleum has never been assessed liquidated damages, and often performs on an accelerated schedule as a convenience to the owner. We are confident we will meet or exceed your construc
tion quality standards.
